Saab has been acquired by BAE Systems a contract to support the US Air Force in Europe (-> current news about the US armed forces) with several Giraffe 4A radar systems. The contract is worth just under 46 million euros. Deliveries will begin in 2027.

BAE Systems Technical Solutions & Services is the prime contractor for this contract in support of the U.S. Air Force in Europe.
