Wolfgang Büchele is the new Chairman of the Board of Directors at KNDS.However, the end of the regular four-year term of office of the previous Board of Directors of the armaments group also resulted in a number of other personnel changes to the ten-member Supervisory Board, which took effect on December 16.

In addition to his role as Group CFO, Philippe Balducchi will also assume the role of CEO in the operating business and on the Board of Directors of KNDS N. V. until Jean-Paul Alary, successor to the previous CEO Frank Haunhas joined the company.
