The building was planned in such a way that up to 40 people can be present at the same time. It will be built in solid construction. The roofs are designed as flat roofs and partly greened or designed as unused, gravelled areas. The new wooden jetty, which will lead directly into the lake, is particularly noteworthy. Sustainability plays a key role in this project. For example, wood is used for the jetty and surface and roof water is drained away directly on site. The water from the lakeside roof terrace will be discharged into the lake in a controlled manner. https://militaeraktuell.at/magyar-unbemannter-krieg-sechs-bis-acht-monaten/ The building will be constructed using state-of-the-art construction methods and materials. The floor slab is made of reinforced concrete in a watertight design with frost skirts, while the exterior walls are made of prefabricated reinforced concrete with a high-quality, fully insulated façade. Heating is provided by an air-to-water heat pump, which ensures both heating via underfloor heating and basic cooling. In addition, the new diving base will be equipped with a high-speed communications infrastructure to meet the requirements of modern technologies. A car parking lot and fences will be erected outside.
