As part of the Airpower 2019 numerous defense and security companies presented themselves to the public in the guest of honor area. In addition to Aero Vodochody, Airbus Helicopters, AMST, Bell and Diamond Aircraft, Leonardo, Firekraft Austria, Frequentis, Pankl Aerospace, the Rheinmetall Air Defense Group, Saab, SCE System Engineering and Thales were also present.

The technology and business exhibition for the aviation sector was organized by the Federal Ministry of Defence in cooperation with the Federal Ministry for Transport, Innovation and Technology, the ARGE Industrial Cooperation & Aviation Technology in the Austrian Federal Economic Chamber and the Styrian Economic Chamber. The aim of this trade fair-like exhibition was to network national and international companies from the aviation sector with each other and with visitors to the guest of honor area in a joint presentation of their services and to support the mutual exchange of information. On Saturday (September 7), Defense Minister Thomas Starlinger and Reinhard Marak (spokesman for the ARGE Sicherheit und Wirtschaft in der WKO) , among others, visited the exhibition stands and Militär Aktuell author Georg Mader accompanied them and captured some impressions photographically.
