Through a partnership with the state of Michigan and the community of Grayling Saab to build its tenth production plant in the USA. The groundbreaking ceremony for the construction is scheduled to take place this year, with production starting in early 2026. The facility will then be used for the final assembly and integration of shoulder-launched ammunition and precision fire systems.

In addition to this facility, Saab’s facilities include aerospace manufacturing in Indiana, radar and sensor systems manufacturing in New York State and underwater systems manufacturing in Massachusetts.
