As of January 1 Mario Amschlinger officially takes up the position of CEO of Mehler Systems. Amschlinger was previously CFO/COO of the company and Managing Director of Mehler Protection | Body Armour and succeeds Thomas Homberg, who has resigned from his position for personal reasons but will remain with the company in an advisory capacity.
Before joining Mehler Systems, Amschlinger held management positions in the Diehl Group, including CFO at Diehl Metal Applications GmbH & Diehl Advanced Mobility GmbH and General Manager/CFO at Diehl Aviation Hungary Kft. He also gained extensive experience in management positions at Bosch.
“I look forward to building on the strong foundation laid by Thomas Homberg. His contributions have been critical to the Group’s success and I am committed to driving solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers,” said Amschlinger.
