Iveco Defence Vehicles (DV), the special vehicles company of CNH Industrial, has signed an order with the Swiss Armed Forces, represented by armasuisse (Federal Office for Defense Procurement), for 400 trucks to be delivered between 2017 and 2021. This first delivery order is part of a framework contract for a new fleet of special trucks to be delivered between 2017 and 2022. Iveco DV was awarded this framework contract in November 2015 following two years of thorough market evaluation and extensive practical trials with several test vehicles.
