ESG Elektroniksystem- und Logistik-GmbH is acquiring the Bremen-based KBN Group, a leading shipbuilding specialist for construction and engineering services, thus expanding its range of services for maritime customers in the long term.
The KBN Group, with KBN Cadtran EDV-System GmbH and KBN Konstruktionsbüro GmbH, will become part of the ESG Group as a subsidiary – with the existing management team and more than 50 employees, ESG says it will “continue to focus on growth-oriented continuity, agility and successful service provision”.
