The “Captain Neusser” class follows in the footsteps of its patron saint: the young soldiers’ graduation trip this year took them to Innsbruck, where Captain Karl Neusser served with the Alpenjäger Regiment 12 after his deployment in the First World War. 53 ensigns accompanied by the commander of the Theresian Military Academy, Major General Karl Pronhagl, and the head of the institute, Brigadier Jürgen Wörgötter, were welcomed by the Tyrolean military commander, Brigadier Ingo Gstrein, and informed about the tasks and operational situation of the military command.
