The German military software manufacturer Blackned has entered into a strategic partnership with Omtac Defense Solutions from the USA to introduce the Tactical Core software portfolio to the North American market.
Omtac Defense Solutions was founded by Vinco Inc., a wireless services and solutions provider. Vinco’s mission is to provide the most innovative end-to-end solutions to North American armed forces and security organizations.

German Armed Forces to provide a middleware service layer for an effective network that connects all units involved on the battlefield. The security of the data transmission was certified by the German Federal Office for Information Security (BSI) with the “NATO Restricted” security label.
