Election at the Extraordinary General Meeting
At the meeting, the Federal Council instructed the DDPS (Federal Department of Defense, Civil Protection and Sport) to elect Jürg Rötheli at the Extraordinary General Meeting of RUAG MRO Holding Ltd on 10 December. He succeeds Nicolas Perrin, who was re-elected at the Annual General Meeting on May 15 until a successor is elected.
