UVision Air Ltd launches Hero-90, a highly portable cluster munition system designed to optimize logistics and field operations with anti-tank, multi-role and anti-personnel capabilities. The Hero-90 is compatible with the Common Launch Tube and can be deployed from a variety of launch platforms. It can be easily integrated into existing systems and increases operational flexibility.
With simplified set-up and deployment procedures, Hero-90 is lightweight, can be carried and operated by a soldier on foot and is ready for use in less than two minutes. The range of the warhead, which hovers over the target area, gives operators the time needed for target identification and optimal attack planning. Hero-90 also supports adjustments during the mission, including aborting and resuming the mission, as well as transferring control between Hero teams, regardless of their location – whether on the ground, in the air or at sea. This is made possible by UVision’s modern Fire Control Unit (FCU).
