In 2024, for example, significantly more personnel were recruited in several areas than in previous years.

With the admission of more than 600 civilian employees, an increase of over 30 percent was achieved compared to previous years. 250 women took advantage of the voluntary basic military service in 2024; of these, 150 are still serving.
