Thales has appointed Christoph Ruffner as CEO and Country Director for Thales Germany as of January 1. He succeeds Oliver Dörre, who left the company at the end of the year and will will now become CEO at Hensoldt, as reported. In his new role, Christoph Ruffner will report to Philippe Duhamel, Thales Executive Vice President, Defense Mission Systems.
Christoph Ruffner comes from Hensoldtwhere he was most recently Head of Spectrum Dominance & Airborne Solutions. In this function, he was also a member of the Executive Committee of Hensoldt AG.
