The public sector in Austria now has an even faster and easier way to purchase Toughbook devices from Panasonic: These are now available in the e-shop of Bundesbeschaffung GmbH (BBG) via sales partner FF Company. This gives public clients additional, low-threshold access to the devices. Almost the entire range of mobile IT solutions is listed in the BBG e-shop – from notebooks and 2-in-1 devices to tablets and accessories.
“We are delighted to be able to offer Toughbook devices even more easily to public sector clients in Austria with the support of our long-standing partner FF Company and its market knowledge,” said Reto Gass, Partner Account Manager at Panasonic Toughbook. The sales partner FF Company, in the person of Jens Rhein, Managing Director, commented: “With our presence in the BBG e-shop, together with Panasonic Toughbook, we will make our contribution to supporting the work of Austrians who organize the everyday lives of citizens safely and efficiently every day.”
Robust and safe
Panasonic’s Toughbooks are equipped with modern technologies and can be flexibly adapted to the respective requirements – even in harsh environments. A complex combination of mobile hardware, software and services is responsible for this. The devices already run the Windows 11 operating system, which will replace Windows 10 as the central operating system from mid-October this year.
The accessories of the Toughbook devices can be used with models of all generations. This means that users who are already using previous models can retain the ecosystem, which increases sustainability and cost efficiency.
