On Saturday morning at 4.59 a.m., the Nickelsdorf fire department was alerted to an unusual operation: A protected multi-purpose vehicle of the Husar type of the Austrian Armed Forces had overturned near the Nova Rock site and had to be rescued.

Thanks to the use of the cable winch, the firefighters managed to get the military vehicle, which weighed several tons, upright again. “The operation was successful and the firefighters were able to return safely to the fire station,” reports the fire department on its website.
