Elbit Systems announced a few days ago that the company has been awarded a group of contracts worth a total of around 700 million euros for the supply of ammunition to the Israeli Ministry of Defense (IMOD). The contracts will be fulfilled over a period of two years.
As the company reported some time ago, since the beginning of the Israel-Gaza war, Elbit Systems has seen a much higher demand for its products and solutions from the IMOD than before the war. Subject to further developments, which are difficult to predict, the increased demand from the IMOD for the company’s products and solutions could continue and lead to significant additional orders for the company, which would be reflected in sales and probably also profit growth.
