Katja Ziegler will resign from her position as Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of ESG Elektroniksystem- und Logistik-GmbH on March 31 and leave the company “at her own request in order to take on new professional challenges”, according to a press release from Hensoldt states. Since last year, the ESG has been part of the Hensoldt Group.
Until then, Ms. Ziegler and ESG Managing Director Dietmar Thelen will ensure a smooth transition as part of the initiated succession plan and structural change. It was only last June that Katja Ziegler took over the management of ESG last June. In future, ESG will be a mainstay of the new Hensoldt Multi Domain Solutions division. https://militaeraktuell.at/arktis-daenemark-erhoeht-militaerpraesenz/ “We regret Katja Ziegler’s decision, as we are losing an outstanding manager in her. She played a key role in the acquisition of ESG and its successful integration into the Hensoldt Group, making a significant contribution to its success,” said Hensoldt CEO Oliver Dörre. “On behalf of the entire management team, I wish Ms. Ziegler all the best for her future career.” At the same time, Dörre emphasized that he was looking forward to continuing to work with Dietmar Thelen and his entire management team.
