A video of an F-35B fighter jet landing on the Italian aircraft carrier “Cavour” (C 550) is currently going viral.
Although similar images are regularly shared on various social media channels, the fascinating pictures continue to captivate countless people.

The video was made as part of the “Mare Aperto 2025” exercise and shows a Lockheed Martin F-35B Lightning II – the most expensive and technically sophisticated variant of the US stealth fighter aircraft – during a landing maneuver on the flagship of the Italian Navy.
The clip was viewed around 750,000 times within 24 hours.
