On March 1, Henrik Gaunitz will take over the position of Head of Management and Finance within the Swedish Procurement Agency FMV. He has been acting Head of Management and Finance since November 1 last year and was previously Head of Finance and CFO (Chief Financial Officer) at FMV.
“I am happy and proud to be responsible for the Management and Finance staff in these challenging times and to be able to contribute to the development of the organization together with all the talented managers and employees of FMV,” said Gaunitz according to a press release from FMV.
Before joining the Swedish Procurement Agency, Henrik Gaunitz was CFO and Deputy Regional Director for the Dalarna region. Previously, he was CFO of Stockholm County Council (now Stockholm Region) and also worked at the Swedish Ministry of Finance.
Gaunitz succeeds Mikael Frisell, who became Director General of the Swedish Civil Protection Agency on November 1, 2024.
