The Patria 6×6 heavy armored vehicle with remote-controlled weapon systems is the final result of the research and development work of several countries,” says Jussi Järvinen, Executive Vice President of the Finnish Patria Division. In addition to Finland, Latvia, Sweden and Germany are currently involved in the program. The program began in 2020 and around 700 Patria 6×6 vehicles were ordered as part of the collaboration. The joint program has now also aroused interest in other countries.
