For more than 90 years, the Tyrolean vehicle manufacturer Achleitner has been known worldwide for the development, design and production of customized, armoured special vehicles for police, military and paramilitary forces. The vehicle concepts are developed, produced and extensively tested 100% in-house until they are ready for series production.

The change at the top of the company is accompanied by a strategic realignment. In future, the company will focus more strongly on its core competencies: the processing and welding of armored steel, the development of protected vehicle cells and the optimized production of complete vehicle concepts.

As a result, the Achleitner family is separating the vehicle construction division from the traditional tire trade. The aim is to streamline the product portfolio and position the company in a focused and future-proof manner.
