MBDA continues to increase enforcer missile production: A corresponding program – the Enforcer Production Increase Campaign (EPIC) – has been proposed for funding under the European Commission’s ASAP (Act in Support of Ammunition Production) program.
Eric Béranger, CEO of MBDA, said: “The ASAP EPIC project is a great opportunity to ramp up production of the Enforcer missile while making it more resilient and faster. Series production of the Enforcer is now in full swing and the first deliveries to the German Armed Forces will be made this year. An export contract has also already been signed. We are increasing the production of Enforcer missiles to meet customer demand for the coming years.” https://militaeraktuell.at/als-partner-gemeinsam-vorwaerts-kommen/ The portable, shoulder-launched, lightweight and precise Enforcer is a fire-and-forget missile system with an operational range of up to 2,000 meters. Due to its light weight, passive day and night operation and its ability to fire indoors, Enforcer represents an improvement in mobile ground operations capabilities. With its characteristics, the Enforcer provides precision effectiveness against the threat of lightly armored static and moving targets, targets behind cover and against targets at longer ranges, even in urban environments.
