Martin Rücker is the new Sales Manager in the Military and Law Enforcement (MIL&LE) division at Upper Austrian glove manufacturer Eska. With his extensive industry experience, he strengthens the team in one of the company’s most demanding segments.
The basis of his experience, which he has already successfully demonstrated in recent years at another Upper Austrian company in the industry, lies in his many years of personal user experience.
“My experience enables me to provide customers with targeted and user-oriented advice and recommend the best solutions for their specific needs,” explained Rücker in an interview with Militär Aktuell. His tasks include advising and supporting customers from areas such as the police, military, justice and customs, as well as specialized units and special forces.
“I focus on understanding the challenges of our users and offering practical solutions through our products,” Rücker continues. With his motto “Never wear a compromise!”, he underlines his commitment to meeting the highest demands of his customers and not compromising on quality, protection and functionality.
