The ESG Elektroniksystem- und Logistik-GmbH – part of the Hensoldt Group since April of this year – will cooperate with the European defense specialist BAE Systems with the European defense specialist BAE Systems. In the course of this cooperation, opportunities for collaboration based on the experience in the European defense market and the technological know-how of both companies will be examined. The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed in the first week of November.

Possible areas include training, autonomous platforms and mission systems for multi-domain operations. Both ESG and BAE Systems are already working on a number of European defense programs, including Eurofighter Typhoon, Tornado and Future Combat Air Systems.
