The Supervisory Board of the Renk Group has decided on a change in the company’s Management Board. At his own request, CFO Christian Schulz has asked for an early termination of his contract and will leave the company with effect from September 30. His successor on the Management Board will be Anja Mänz-Siebje, Head of Corporate Finance and CFO of Renk GmbH. She will become Chief Financial and IT Officer of Renk Group AG with effect from October 1.
In a recent press release, the Supervisory Board regrets Christian Schulz’s decision and thanks him for his work. “Christian Schulz played a decisive role in shaping the IPO of the Renk Group and the restructuring of the company’s financing, thereby setting an important course for further sustainable growth.
