Quantum Systems and Blackned will work together in future on the digitalization and secure networking of unmanned systems in modern combat environments.
“This groundbreaking partnership combines Quantum Systems’ advanced multi-sensor UAS with Blackned’s Tactical Core Information and Communication Middleware,” according to a recent press release. And further: “The aim is to set a new, advanced standard for operational efficiency and integration.”
“The support of different transmission systems as well as the independence of specific applications enable a high degree of adaptability – from manned and unmanned platforms to existing missions, operational scenarios and systems already in use,” says Joel Langenberg, CEO of Blackned (-> Interview with Militär Aktuell).
Thanks to open interfaces and software development kits, the most suitable third-party applications can be seamlessly integrated and made ready for immediate use.
