As reported the Russian guided missile cruiser “Moskva” sank off the Ukrainian coast on April 14. Whether the loss was due to an “accident” and “a storm”, as the Russian side argues, or whether the ship was actually hit by Neptune anti-ship missiles, as Kiev claims, is still not clear beyond doubt. What is certain is that the sinking of the flagship of the Russian Black Sea Fleet is a major blow for Moscow.
